  • Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays; dispatch timelines may be extended during sale periods or high-demand seasons.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery timelines are displayed on individual product pages and at checkout.
  • Delivery timelines vary depending on your pincode and delivery location, and are in addition to the dispatch time above.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details via email/SMS.

3. Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping charge of Rs. 50 applies to all orders, irrespective of order value or delivery location.

4. Delays & Exceptions

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Process a full refund for the order, if no alternate solution is possible.

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be shared with you so you can follow your order's progress until delivery.
