Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Is Beautiful. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, as it governs all purchases made on isbeautifulindia.com.

1. No Returns

We do not accept returns on any product purchased from isbeautifulindia.com. Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned for reasons of personal preference, change of mind, incorrect selection by the customer, or similar reasons.

2. No Refunds

We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations after dispatch, delayed delivery, or dissatisfaction with a product. All sales made on this website are final.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@isbeautifulindia.com or +91 8488825950 with your order number.
Cancelled orders (where eligible) will be adjusted as store credit or an exchange, in line with Section 4 below, and not as a cash/monetary refund.

4. Exchange Policy — Damaged or Expired Products Only

We offer an exchange only, and only under the following circumstances:

The product arrives physically damaged, or
The product is found to be expired (past its printed expiry/best-before date) at the time of delivery.

No exchange will be provided for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect product ordered by the customer, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction with product performance/results.

4.1 Conditions for Exchange

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery date.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all seals, labels, and accessories intact.
Customers must provide:
- Order number
- Clear photographs/video of the damaged or expired product, including the outer packaging and shipping label
- Photograph of the expiry date printed on the product (for expiry-related claims)
Claims raised without the required proof, or raised after the reporting window, will not be accepted.

4.2 How to Request an Exchange

Email info@isbeautifulindia.com or call +91 8488825950 within the reporting window.
Share your order number along with the required photographic/video evidence.
Our team will review the claim within 2-3 business days and confirm whether it qualifies for exchange.
Once approved, the damaged/expired item will be replaced with the same product, subject to availability.
If the same product is out of stock, we will issue store credit / a coupon code equal to the value of the item, valid for 10 days, which you can use to purchase any product of your choice from isbeautifulindia.com. As this is a skincare brand where formulations are chosen for specific skin types and concerns, we do not substitute a different product on your behalf.

4.3 Exclusions

Exchanges will not be provided if:

The product has been used, opened for use, or is missing original packaging/seals.
The damage occurred after delivery due to mishandling by the customer.
The claim is raised after the stipulated reporting window.
Proof of damage/expiry is not provided or is inconclusive.

5. Limited Product Availability

Please note that not all products may be available for sale at all times. Only selected products listed as available on isbeautifulindia.com at the time of your order can be purchased, and product availability is subject to change without prior notice.

6. Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographic proof. This will be handled as an exchange/correction and not a refund.
